Location perfect. Walkable to many sights. Free breakfast. Checkin staff exceptionally welcoming. All the free water you want. ( my travel companion actually has a medical need of access to water constantly).

Location was amazing! Walking distance to many of the Chicago attractions! Easy Ride share to others. Rooms were definitely City rooms ( size wise) but they were packed with all the bells and whistles and the stay was wonderful! The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful!

We relocated to the Kinzie after spending 4 days at the 5 stars Langham, directly across the street. We found the Kinzie an excellent value for the money with great towels and a decent attempt at free continental breakfast...very decent,

This hotel was in a great location - easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was simple and clean. The breakfast included was really good. The staff responded in a timely manner to any requests we had.
